I am often asking myself this very same question. No matter what I do, things just seem overwhelming and out of reach. I did find, however, that making daily lists and keeping track of things to do did prove very helpful!

It's not a very easy solution but I can suggest that to start with just set yourself some short term goals and try achieving them before time. Once you get success you will learn yourself how to achieve bigger targets.

I've heard of the strategy of setting short term goals before, and I think that's a good suggestion.

I've also heard that many people who'd achieved what they set out to, had made a written list of their goals.

Organization starts in your surroundings. If your surroundings are in order you're already over half way there.

That makes a lot of sense to me. Start small, and then work up to the next goal.
