Do any of you use some sort of electronic device to organize your schedule? I haven't used one and I'm wondering if I should start. Are there any tips on using one of these? or is it just a waste of time?

I have my Nokia mobile set solving my purpose for organizers, reminders etc. I think having a PDA will be nice because it will take care of all your needs.

These days you can get mobile phones with all the basic organiser functions in them.. address book, contact list, diary,

mine even has a small uncomplicated spreadsheet program in it that i like to impress my friends with occasionally..

I still use small calendar books that are given away around the holiday season. I record my work schedule with those.

I would like to look into a smart phone the next time I buy one, but hopefully that won't be for a few years. I just bought a basic phone earlier this year.

I think that the electronic organizers would be very helpful. I think a backup system would be a great idea, too.

The Apple iPhone is not out just yet. It comes out later this month the last I heard. Myself I am not planning on getting one because it is just way to exspensive for me.

I don't have and electronic organizer. My phone is pretty basic also. I would like to get one but have just never checked into one.

The PDA's are coming out with more and more features. Although this could make the device complicated sometimes, some of these features are really handy esp. if you're a busy person.

Those things are just time takers. You have to program them and clear them. Get a calendar and write the things you need to do on it. Then write a note to yourself and scratch it off as you do them.

There are pros and cons to this. First of all, you have to learn what the new features are. Secondly, if you lose that Blackberry and you have personal info on them, well, it is not good. You don’t know the person who might pick it up and what they will do with that informaton.

I often wonder what people would do if technology was taken away from us. The younger generation would most likely freak at the thought of an undo button, or living without text messaging. That undo button is handy, isn’t it?
