I tried using these... I really did, but it never failed that they would get bumped into or accidentally pushed off the desk, occasionally leaned on, you name it. Has anyone had any luck with them at all?

I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about. Could you explain what you are talking about lol. I like to use the things that kids use at school to put my pens and pencils and paperclips in.

I am interested in what your talking about though as I'm always looking for new things to store my stuff in.

I understand we are talking about those Desk Trays where one is supposed to keep daily papers and sort them out before leaving the office or the day end. Basically you have to clear off the tray before you finish up the day's work. Then there should be no issues with them.

Desk trays are really handy for organizing but I hardly ever used mine. Like many people these days, I favor convenience and immediacy over anything else, so I usually just put everything in a messy corner and organize it later. But lately, I've started to make use of my desk tray. And like Netpal said, clearing off the try really helps a lot.

I use one but it isn't exactly a tray.It stands upright. On my pc desk.The problem I have is, I started out putting useful things in there ,and if I went through it now,it would be full of useless junk. It is crambed full at this moment. I clean it out every now and then. I think the trick is to only copy thing and put things in there that are important.I have a bad habit of wanting to clear my desk so i stuff evertything into that tray cause it is handy!

Yes, I'm always trying to figure out ways to organize my stuff and I rarely ever used the desk trays. The same went for the nifty little pencil holders which soon became a pencil, scrunchie, chapstick, vitamin holder LOL. I know, I'm a lost cause!

I have a couple of them, but I use them for storing office supplies which is not really the intended use for them.

My desktop isn't too bad at the moment.

My desktrays tend to become a catch all for all paper, I get this huge pile of paper and generally it's not even stuff I put in the tray. Very frustrating.

I use desk trays. Sometimes they turn into the catch all tray. But I try to dig thru them once every couple of weeks and get rid of the stuff that I don't need. It's hard though.

I use to use them until I figured that all they did was get in my way. I hated that it took up more space than it did help. So I got rid of them.
