I'm trying to keep my children as fit and possible, and they like doing spots. What about yours?

I don't make my child do anything that he or she does not want to do as far as sports is concerned. But I do make them go outside to play everyday. I always want them to be fit and healthy. But the sports choices are theirs.

I agree. I have seen the results of kids that were forced into sports so their parents could live vicariously through their kids.

I agree I make my children play all differetn kinds of sports. It keeps them in shape and gives them the oppurtunity to socialize with other kids there age and makes them feel good about themselfs.
