Make a list of things to do and mark them off as you do them. If you don't get to something, who cares! Do it tomorrow. Just make sure you mark off at least 4 things off your list. Even doing the smallest things is remarkable.
You may also keep a white board and mark all the things you have to do on it and erase the things as you do them and put things in it's place as you think of more things to do. Don't worry, you'll never have an empty list so don't fret. Just live life. Take it easy. If tomorrow never comes you'll never have to worry. |
