I have experienced that having some kind of tag into the office files helps to get them when you need it. I am saying this because in most cases files are handled by many, so you never know where they will end up. Can anyone here suggest any other ideas of organizing normal office files?
in addition to tags, which i agree, helps a lot in organization, you can also try color-coding your files. it makes finding your files a lot easier also.
Color is a very good idea. One can easily find the files even from a distance. This is actually very useful when leaving your seat is a difficulty for you.
