Question what to do with my makeup? - 06-14-2007, 03:16 AM

Here's my problem, I have started selling mineral makeup and I just love the stuff so I bought a ton for my own personal use and now I have no room for the makeup I have. I had been keeping the makeup in a drawer but, now it's way to crowded. please help

Heather,

How about throwing you old make out or perhaps getting the plastic slide out bins with small sections in them or small boxes and placing them in the slide out bins. You may want to label the outside for your reference as well along with individuals bins inside. If there is a cover that can be used perhaps you can label the top cover for easy and quick reference. Hope this tip helps you.

Wink storing makeup - 06-15-2007, 04:43 AM

My son's girlfriend bought my daughter a plastic container with compartments and a handle. It was actually meant for the shower to hold cleaners and what have you, that she used in the shower. But It came in more handy as a place to store her makeup. Shop around at stores that have small and medium palstic containers. They come in handy for lots of organizing.

I used to sell Marykay. I bought a craft box and a tackle box. Now I use them as sewing boxes.

Marykay Cosmetics. Love their product. They work great for men and women. Hard to find sales people these days selling that product . Great idea...

Thanks all for the great ideas; very creative on the tackle box lol. I'm gonna have to go look at the dollar store to see what I can find. My hubby might have gotten me a job selling my makeup at a salon here in town which would be totally awesome. Carebear when you sold MaryKay was it very hard? I am nervous as I have never done anything like this before any tips and where to put the makeup and stuff?
