closet. Any organization ideas? Does anyone know of a website? that sells organizers? I really don't like the ones that hang from the back of the door, plus I have sliding closet doors so that won't work. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Here is a site that sales a lot of show organizers Shoe Storage: Shoe Rack, Over Door Shoe Racks, Hanging Shoe Organizer

There is also a shoe organizer you can get at Wal-Mart that you can put underneath you bed. I would use that and put only special occasion shoes in it that way you don't have to pull it out everyday.

You can always just get a basket and throw all you shoes in it tehee however, that wouldn't be very organized.

Hope this helped,

I get those clear plastic shoe boxes from like Garden Ridge. You can sometimes find them on sale two for a dollar. They come with lids so you can put your shoes in them, stack them, and still see your shoes through them. It's really helped my closet!

I have seen those clear boxes for shoes. Those are pretty neat actually but I just don't have the room for each box. I just use the ones that hang on the door. It helps to keep them up off the floor and I am not tripping over them. Other than those two things that is really all I have ever seen for shoe storage.

I have a shoe organizer that is free standing, can be placed anywhere close to your closet or even close to the front entrance. It was purchased at Target Stores, some time ago. Every unit has three shelves, each holding 4 pairs of shoes. 12 pair per unit. the units are stackable one on top of another. I have seen many shoe organizers, and I find this to be the best one for me. I hope this helps you find what you are looking for.

I use the plastic shoe boxes. They stack very well and keep the dust off the shoes when you are not wearing them or they are out of season.
