I have heard somewhere that organizing your workspace and your home is directly related to personality trait. Is there any relationship? Why it is so that a few people are more organized ? Any comments?

I find that I am a messy person however, I like to have my workspace organized. I like to know where everything is so that I do not have to go and look all over the place for the item I want. My work area is organized for me and me alone. It might look messy to some people but, its my system

you could see a connection between organization and personality. for example, with someone who keeps their desk neat and organized regularly, we usually expect that person to be responsible and reliable also. this may not be true for everyone but its a plausible inferance.

I feel you're either an organized person or not. My kids aren't bothered by clutter but it drives me nuts.

So it's a matter of opinion.

Yes,that me. I am neat by nature.I hate clutter. Somewhere along the way I gave up. After each kid came along ,I relaxed a bit more. I don't like a cluttered environment but have learned to live with it. My kids don't mind and they never clean up behind themselves unless you force the issue.I am only 1 person trying to keep things picked up behind 5 people.
