Default Bookshelves - 06-21-2007, 09:21 PM

How many bookshelves does one keep before deciding that you just have to get rid of some books!? Bookshelves can also cause clutter, wouldn’t you say?
They do help to organize things. For instance, I had some of my favorite books in a bag and some of my magazines in a box. The bag was on top of the box so I just purchased a small bookshelf so now I only have one thing in my bedroom instead of two - the bookshelf. I tried finding a bookshelf on wheels but it was impossible! I just think it’s impractical to dump everything in order to move it and vacuum around it.

I have tons and tons of text books from school that my hubby and I use and we have found plastic drawers on wheels to put them on that way we can move it around to where ever we need them. I sell most of my books online at amazon.com unless its just one I must have lol...

I love to read. And I like to collect books and I am a college student. So within reason I don't thihnk I could have too many bookcases. Of course I don't have them in every room or anything.

I love books but try to limit myself when buying them as I never want to get rid of them. I will go through bookcases and take the books that I do not think I am using off and put them in a tote. If within 6 months I don't need them, they get sold.
