How do you organize your coupons to make more efficient use of them?

you can buy a coupon organizer at the dollar store. Some people like to use Coupons, Grocery Coupons - TheGroceryGame.com to figure out what coupons to use at their stores, lined up with the sales to give you the best savings.

still feels like too much work to me.

I organize them by aisle of the store that I primarily shop at. My grocery list is set up by aisle so it makes it easier when I make my list.
