I remember when I had a six month contract with a large, international financial company. Since I had been freelancing for quite a while, I became a pro at multi-tasking and adapting. I got hired during their busy season. Since no one had time to train me that day, I just sat down at a computer and started working on a job. Everyone was shocked at how I adapted so quickly. I know it’s because all freelancers have to learn to do this or it’s sink or swim.
