I'm fortunate in that I have a job where I do research, so I am always looking things up, reading and learning about new things. I do, however, make it a regular habit to click on and read all the various news headlines each and every day, which often raise my curiosity and get me to go looking for things.

It's very easy to get led astray but you just have to keep the mind stimulated and wanting to learn. You'll find you make the time
