I'm sorry for whatever issues you're having with ordering. I'm not sure about the support emails since the "technical" issues don't come my way. Organizing questions do however :-)
There are hundreds of posts in the forum and although we try to hang in here as much as possible...we do miss some things. But through someone else I was able to spot yours and here I am.
Again...sorry.
Orders are coming in as normal so we can't see any specific issues. I believe you are outside of the US? That is something Abe and I just talked about moments ago.
If you have a minute, please send the specific, detailed problem you're having to
support@discoverorganization.com and put "Abe or Greg" in the subject line. That'll get forwarded to one of us.
Be as clear as you can about the error message you receive when the order doesn't go through (if you can take a screen shot that'd help too).
(I realize you've already sent a message but this will assure it'll come my way.)
So please don't worry. We're here. We're real. And I'll personally take care of this for you one way or another :-)
