We have curb side recycling for mixed paper, newspaper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals. We also have several county sponsored sites (within 5miles) for paint, chemicals, and yard debris. Lastly, we have specialty recycling with groups i.e. Boy Scout Troop arranging computer and technology drop-offs, schools collecting empty printer cartridges (within 2 miles). I agree that recycling isn't any more trouble to do, that is, once you have a system in place, then taking the trash out. |
