I have a Master List on my desktop in Word. It includes all the cleaning that gets done weekly, monthly and quarterly in the house. It also includes a basic calendar for the week and a long term project list. Every Sunday I look at my calendar in Outlook and update my Master to-do list. I work off of that list during the week. If need be I can print it to bring with me but I usually write up a shorter to-do list either in the evening or first thing in the morning for the day.
I never question when the last time anything was done because it is on that list. When I meal plan the weekly meals also go on the list on the day of the week. |
