We were given a spice rack, sm metal canisters with a magnet on the bottom and a swish lid that permits pour or sprinkle as a housewarming gift. They attach to a magnetic metal strip on the side of the fridge and I bless that thoughtful friend daily! So handy, so efficient, so unobtrusive.
My current project is to create spice mixes I use a lot. It's so bothersome to get out all those sm jars, unscrew the lids, measure out, and put that all back! For example, the spices used for chicken [parsley, thyme, rosemary, marjoram], likewise for Italian, Tex-Mex, Greek, Asian, French, BBQ, Apple pie etc.
