Are you one of those people that are snowed under with work emails and never seem to be able to clear out your inbox?
If you are, here is a tip for you. One of the first things to do is to only have messages that sent to you, ie: not CCed or BCCed, in your inbox. If something has been sent to you as an FYI it is a lower priority and should dealt with in a non busy period of the work week.
Create a new folder call it something like CC or whatever works for you.
Then set up a rule that automatically marks it as read and moves all cced and bcced mail to this folder.
That way you still have them all in a safe location but you can focus on more important issues. |
