Baby steps. Take things one day at a time. You need to organize your time. I was taught to take a datebook/daytimer. I chose colours (these are highlighters) I made a list for example me time could be pink highlighter, working I use green, etc, Once I established the colours and the subject that goes with the colours, I started marking my daytimer monthly calendar and this makes it easier to see at a glance. If for example I was to watch tv in the morning, I would use the colour that matches with me time and if in the afternoon I was to go to work I would use the green marker and colour in half of the day with the green and half the day with me time pink. Once you figure all this out and get used to it, you will find you have time for anything. I also learned to divide your rooms by zones. You should put an alarm in the room you're working in and set it for 15 mins. You should spend only 15 mins at a time per things you are doing. I hope this helps.
